Shipping and Delivery Policy

* All the materials are packed in quality waterproof cartons with special care.
* After your order has been confirmed on completion of payment, we will dispatch your products to the parcel services within 7 working days.
* We will constantly monitor each order to ensure it reaches you quickly.
* The minimum purchase price inside TamilNadu should be Rs.3000/- and for other states should be Rs.5000/- (after discount).
* Transport Charges from Sivakasi to Your Destination is TOPAY Basis Only
* After the order has been successfully placed, products will be delivered in 7 Working Days.
* Delivery may take a few additional days if there are public holidays or bandhs in between.

Cancellation & Refund:

15% cancellation charges will be collected if confirmed order is cancelled after processing. (i.e., only 85% of the paid money will be refunded).
Customer has to bear the delivery charges in case of cancellation
