Order Placement

• * We accept orders only from Tamil Nadu and Other States.
• * Minimum order value in Tamilnadu is INR 3000/- and For other states is 5000/-
• * Anjika Crackers do not ship crackers to the cities where crackers are banned.
• * You can use the website to check desired products in cart and drop your enquiry.
• * Prices are Liable to be revised without notification depending upon market value .

Payment Policies

• * Products will be dispatched only after the entire payment is made.
• * Prices quoted are inclusive of taxes, delivery charges and Packing.
• * Prices may change subject to the right owned by the anjikacrackers.com.
• * After checkout, you will receive the order digital copy and payment details in your mail.

Cancellation & Refund

• * 15% cancellation charges will be collected if confirmed order is cancelled after processing. (i.e., only 85% of the paid money will be refunded).
• * A customer has to bear the delivery charges in case of cancellation.

Shipping & Delivery

• * Transport Charges From Sivakasi to Your Destination in TOPAY Basis Only
• * Delivery is done by third party agencies.
• * If your pin code does not lie within the range, then you will be instructed to collect the parcels from the parcel services.
• * We do not take responsibility for any damages/product missing incurred by transport. However, we will try and deliver the products without any damage by our continuous and vigilant monitoring.
• * Goods will be packed only in special cartons.
• * Quality of crackers will be based up on Natural Conditions. We have 95 to 99% Quaranteed Quality of fireworks and crackers.
• * Ordered product if not available or no stock means we will replace the product as same function with same price or higher (if possible we will call you and confirm) .
